What is Campus Clean?
A laundry marketplace built by and for college students. You schedule a pickup, a verified student on your own campus (a "Laundry Pro") washes, dries, and folds it, and brings it back -- no machines, no quarters, no sitting around a laundry room.
How does it work?
Drop off (or schedule a pickup from your dorm/apartment), your Laundry Pro washes, dries, and folds it, and it's delivered back to you clean. You choose Standard (picked up within 2 hours) or ASAP (within 20 minutes) depending on how soon you need it.
Who's actually doing my laundry?
Another verified student at your school -- Laundry Pros sign up with a school (.edu) email, so everyone on both sides of an order is a real student at your campus, not a stranger off the street.
When is Campus Clean launching?
We're in the prelaunch phase right now, talking to students to make sure we build the right thing before we turn it on. Join the prelaunch list and we'll email you the moment it's live on your campus.
What's the free first wash about?
Everyone who joins the prelaunch list gets their very first order completely free once we launch -- on us. Your Laundry Pro still gets paid normally; we're just covering your first order's cost as a thank-you for signing up early.
How much will it cost after that?
We're still finalizing pricing based on what we learn from students before launch -- it won't be locked in until then.
I'm interested in being a Laundry Pro -- how does that work?
You'll sign up with your school email, verify you're a student, and set up when and where you're willing to pick up orders on campus. You get paid per order, plus tips. Full details roll out at launch -- join the prelaunch list and mark yourself interested as a Laundry Pro (or both) and we'll follow up.
What if something goes wrong with an order?
Every order is tracked step by step, and our team can step in to sort out a mixed-up or delayed order. We're building this thoughtfully and will share more on our policies as we get closer to launch.
